Ladder
Cards are dealt in the shape of a pyramid with 11 cards in the bottom
row. The left to right orientation depends on the way the Querent
card faces. The Querent card is placed so that it faces into the
pyramid on the bottom row, then the rest of the cards are dealt
from there.
Bottom Row: basis
Card 77: Most important issue.
This spread is interpreted based on what patterns and groupings
and relations appear.

This is a variation on the 10 sphere Tree of Life spread which uses
the entire deck. A Querent card is chosen, but left in the deck
to be shuffled and dealt into ten piles.
